I really like the weight ,the material ,the length and the look,but I can't run far with liner brief and I don't like briefs,the rub and I get lil sores,I prefer boxer but short leg boxer not ones that stick out bottom,so I wear my own running underwear with these and I cut out the brief

Only running shorts I wear

I have three pairs (and counting) and won’t wear anything else for summer running. They’re so lightweight and the fabric is luxurious. Great moisture-wicking properties, too. I can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve had a number of running shorts over the years, but the materials used in the 5” shorts are amazing. Soft, quick to dry, move with your body with mild stretch, comfortable wasteband and great pockets for keys ir gels! I’ve been very pleased with my purchase and would recommend these to anyone looking for a new pair of running shorts.

Shorts are shorts, right?

Wrong... These are the best shorts. I do exactly what running shorts are supposed to do, without the riding up and bunching into a wedgie. The waistline is comfy and holds its form. I have thighs that are a bit thicker and these have space to accommodate without being baggy. These are SOLID shorts.

Pockets? Back pocket fits a Google pixel 6 but it doesn't feel secure. there's too much movement on the run.
Internal key pocket works fine.
Must carry something if you have fuel, phone/wallet, key
All that said, I really like these shorts and if the pocket security/floppiness was improved, even if no additional pockets were added, I'd call these the perfect short.
